to reducing poverty in a collaborative effort by initiating and conducting programs of self-sufficiency.  Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals and families to reach their fullest potential.

Volunteers Needed

Niagara Community Action Program, Inc. is seeking volunteers to help at our outreach offices sorting donated clothes, answering phones and stocking shelves with food products for about 6 hours per day. If someone you know would like to volunteer, please call Jaquinda Smith at our 19th office - 285-6134.

Licensed, insured minority and women owned business vendors, to bid on general needs such as supplies, auditing, heating, cooling. plumbing, electrical, carpentry work, etc. Please call Niagara Community Action Program, Inc. at 716-285-9681 x 103 for an application or more information.

Registration Monitor - Child Care, full-time with benefits. Minimum Associate's degree in human services or early childhood development. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to interpret child care regulations, computer literate, NYS driver's license and car. Regulating child care providers in obtaining/maintaining NYS registration compliance and provide technical assistance. Service area: eastern Niagara County and North Tonawanda.
